We apply a systems view to phenomena, aware that projects and programmes and projects are transitions calculated to effect desired change in a complex social and politically committed environment. This beyond the technical analysis of projects, we assist our clients to develop strategies that would mediate the complex environment in which they are designed and implemented, taking into account the role of time in shaping strategy and outcome. Project financing may involve assisting our clients develop funding proposals, or facilitate public-private partnerships arrangements.
