She has more than 18 years of progressive professional experience in gender programming, sustainable environment management and monitoring and evaluation.
She is skillful in gender programming and gaps assessment. She has experience in Malawi and the Southern African Region. She is skilled in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
She also has extensive experience in managing large surveys, including study design, study execution, data management, data analysis and report writing. Enert is further adept at policy analysis and programme management.
